Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our AI Assistant Platform team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and services that power intelligent features, natural language processing, and real-time inference.

You’ll collaborate closely with platform engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects to ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and deeply integrated into our intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions and production-ready models for core AI Assistant capabilities (e.g., natural language understanding, generation).

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models, from initial experimentation and training to testing, validation, and deployment in production environments.

• Architect and optimize ML infrastructure across distributed cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to support high-throughput, low-latency inference.

• Implement robust model monitoring, versioning, and performance optimization frameworks (e.g., drift detection, A/B testing) to maintain model integrity and quality.

• Partner with backend engineers to integrate AI/ML services with the AI Assistant core platform.

• Enforce model fairness, security, and performance best practices across the entire ML lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning, or software development with a strong focus on AI.

• Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) for model development and prototyping.

• Strong experience with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker) for automating the model development and deployment pipeline.

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation techniques.

• Experience with cloud-based compute and ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).

• Expertise in productionizing and scaling AI/ML models in a high-traffic, low-latency production environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision applications.

• Hands-on experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning LLMs.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Ability to work cross-functionally in Agile or fast-paced R&D environments.

• Good to have experience with Agentic AI application
