Responsibilities:
- Since entering the Hong Kong Market, Indofuels gains reputation as reliable bunker partner.
When and where bunkers are needed, Indofuels strives to get the most competitive rates without sacrificing on quality. We are able to source the product(s) needed (marine residual fuel/marine distillate fuel) and we make sure that the product gets delivered by barge, tanker or pipeline. With our extensive knowledge and network of suppliers and barging operators, we ensure that only accredited and reliable suppliers / barges are used for deliveries thus reducing the possibility of potential protests or disputes.
We’re welcoming the dedicated bunker trader to join our team who armed with complementary skills and market knowledge to assist below work:
- Develop new clients through cold-calling and meetings
- Prepare sales contract and reference documents. Negotiating and signing sales contracts with customers
- Providing care and support to customers to resolve any issues that arise during the execution of the contract;
- Coordinating with departments and leadership to promptly and effectively meet customer requirements and address any issues that may arise;
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers, suppliers to secure additional contracts;
- Identifying, attracting, and building relationships with target customers to create business opportunities;
- Follow up payment with customers
- Other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Fresher are welcomed (2002,2003,2004)
- Only female candidate
- Fluency in english is a must. (working and reporting directly to foreigners)
- Ability in 2nd language (mandarin, cantonese preferred) is a plus
- A pleasing appearance and good communication skills are a plus
- Willing to travel for business meetings
