Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Listings & Stores: Manage, operate, and continuously optimize product listings and online stores oninternational e-commerce platforms (e.g., Etsy, TikTok Shop) with a clear focus on achieving and surpassing set KPIs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis for the US and UK markets to identify emerging trendsand product opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to develop innovative products and creative concepts that align withmarket insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, adjust listings, and improve overall store performance.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly, utilizing analytical tools to inform strategicdecision-making.
    Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and leverage this knowledge to boost product visibility and sales.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years working on international e-commerce platforms such as Etsy or TikTok Shop, with demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing online listings.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive strategic decisions. Familiarity with tracking KPIs and using analytical tools is essential.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of POD, Dropshipping, or related fields, with keen insights into market trends and cultural nuances in the US and UK markets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tools for content creation (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Capcut) and optimizing digital content for search and engagement.
  • Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, and effective deadline management.
  • Language Proficiency: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.

Chính sách phúc lợi

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 9,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND per month, with performance and KPI-based bonuses.
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Sat: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Additional Benefits: Annual health insurance, 13th-month salary and holiday bonuses as per company policy, annual team-building activities, and Year-End Party (YEP).
  • Salary Review: Twice a year.
