Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via hotline, messaging, SMS, and email.
  • Provide order updates, address concerns, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle complaints and negative reviews with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Send proactive emails to confirm orders and address order-related issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Regularly report progress and key issues to your team leader.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in Print on Demand (POD) or a similar customer service role is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English (IELTS 6.5 equivalent or higher).
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Problem-solving skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to manage high workloads and work effectively under pressure.

  • Competitive Salary: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month (negotiable).
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (one day off per week, not fixed)
